Thanks glen I appreciate the kind words. This is like what louella is planning with her new build and now that it's framed, I can say that with only 6"flare out, no bracing is needed. The next mini will have the same wall methods and should come in around 400 with trailer and be light enough for a large motorcycle to pull.

OH well, things happen.

sorry to hear this, isn't that how it works though, when you have the money, you have no time, when you have the time, you have no money

It's turning out much bigger than I thought it would be. There will be plenty room under the bed platform for lots of storage or 1 adult or 2 kids to sleep if needed.

do you have a build thread with more details? I'm thinking of a truck camper and could use some input. What size wood are you using for the frame?

no build thread? it would be cool to see this method in a easy to find and follow thread, even if it's just the pics you posted here and the details, in a couple months they will be lost in this "big thread" and no one will want to search hundreds of pages to find them

but thanks for the pics and the details you have given :D

I hate to be so Late in the game to mention this :o but lately I’ve seen many Nice BIG pieces of corrugated cardboard lying about doing nothing .... Thinking if it was waterproofed (the Mix) then it would be essentially like plastic wood eh ? easy to cut , easy to bend .... used in conjunction with the foam  .... can you guess where this is going ??? :frightened: :NC
