My dad has a white rail fence about 1/4 mile long made of PVC. I suppose it is like aluminum. You make a die for it and they will make it.

Or maybe it is vinyl. Not sure other than I would not have one. Which I don't have to worry about anyway. Can't afford one.

Maybe just a little trimming of the shape ... ??? Image

Woohoo, it's weekend. I am going to cut some foam this weekend.

We're going for dinner right now, but when I get back I'll try a couple different layouts... I'll post the ideas in this thread this evening.

So till then...

well hubby can drive in his van to help with the set up, ie, heavy lifting. then he can come back home. we are drinking wine, so no problems with the ladies drinking that. and no fears about getting lost, the state park is only 20 minutes from home. :D

seriously i am not sure hubby will need to come out to set up though. between us ladies i think we can manage.

I have some more development work to do in the morning before I can make pink sawdust...

But I did manage to cut 9 inches off the top in this design...

Mike, for the window in the body how about something like a VW beetler or a cabin car shape?

hey Mike, If you ever need an extra set of hand to hold stuff, send me a PM, I'm in Waterford so not too far away and would love to see the foamy going together!!

If I can persuade the wife to let me out for a while that is LOL

Hmmmm... The interior layout is not coming together yet.

What I have shown here is similar to Rob's cabin car, with a porty potty in the front. One could also put the sit down bath in the front, by using a staggered wall.

But I don't like this design because there is no galley, not even inside.

The hardest thing to package in all of this is the porty potty.

Here I am trying the Baja Benroy floor plan.

There's no room for a porta potty unless I go really wide, and put the potty next to the bed, in the front!

Back to the original layout... with the bed going across the back of the trailer, the porta potty across from the door and the inside galley in the front.

That looks much more usable ... Now what about a galley ... How about a mini slide out galley in the back on HD drawer pulls bolted to the floor ... no hatch (per se) necessary .. ... ? Image

Wow!!! We've just become a "Monster Thread" ... :o
