New Camper build-update 8/5/12

Hi! No progress to report on the camper this week. I got a little side security job to work, on my bicycle, at the Superdome during Saints games. Last Friday was the first game, so I had to do some work on the bike rack I built last year. I changed the arms, the actual cradles for the bike and added a locking bar. I think it will work pretty well now.



I also got a boat rack for the roof of my truck designed and all the steel cut. If it would quit raining I can get it welded together.

Then back to the camper project!

Wondering how you got anything done with all this Rain ... Will it Ever stop ? My yard is a Lake ...
When I was the Art Director of the Popeye’s Supercross MC events , I used to drive/park my van in the dome , and having my bike along also eliminated much walking ... It’s so BIG, walking quickly tired me out !!! A bike is Great for that !!! Have Fun , watch those slippery floors ...

Not this week, I've been trying to weld the boat rack in the afternoons before work, around rainstorms. You can imagine how much progress I made this week Hopefully , I'll get that done this weekend and can start working on the trailer again after Isaac. Hope things are going well!
