PVC framing under Foam ...

Had a thought ...
What about a PVC pipe frame under the foam and canvas ...
Nothing to Rot , protected from UV exposure, and like the foam , Extremely flexible without breaking ... PVC is cheap, easy to cut and bend to most any shape we want ... and there is a selection of end caps , Tees , 90’s , etc.
Wouldn’t need much to glue it to the foam , the glue only as strong as the foam it’s glued to ... Or, the foam could be channeled slightly (hot wire) to receive the PVC pipe for a more secure fit ... and seemingly enabling the parts to be made as “panel” or modules to be assembled later ... The skin holding it all together !!!
And then there’s that square PVC fencepost available ... wonder what we could do with that ... and a saw ...
