So I scored some trailer windows the other day from CL.

The windows/frame are 1 inch thick. The foam is 2 inches thick. How do I go about the process of installing/constructing my opening.? :NC

Make a 2" thick wooden frame for them that can be glued to the foam. You could rabbet the frame to fit the window perfectly.
