Where’s the video for building foamie’s?

Obviously I am new to foamies and I swear I found a video link on this forum. It was very informative and I was telling a buddy whom is much better at carpentry than I am about this method. I think he thought I was dreaming. Anyways does anyone have a link to a good video on this building method?. I really think this is the coolest thing since sliced bread. never in my wildest dreams would I have thought of this method. I soon will be in the club
