I've reached that point of getting color and texture I'm very happy with. Now I'd like to seal it further. Without adding color.

Will drop by SW again and have a chat about a clear water based sealant. Figured I'd ask you folks as well.

What do you use as a top coat sealer or maintenance sealer that's clear.

I'll also ask how important it is to have a sheen? I'd really like to go flat. I have a semi right now and don't like it shining in the sun..

Why sealer if you have a couple of coats of exterior paint?

As I said, I like where the color is. I textured my canvas, to add another coat means dong the blending again.
I'd also like to get anther coat of protection on there.

On big outdoor carved ( over the gate ) signs we made for a Ranch , we covered all in a UV proof clear coating , made for that purpose … it was pricy , but went far over a finished surface and really worked for years to prevent fading and sun damage …
That was years ago ( that’s how we know it worked ) so best check your paint store for newer products ..
