So when I build my foamie, once I have the two side walls up and glued, do I just use Titebond II to glue the end walls to the side walls? or GG? I read that GG expands and will push them away from each other. I will then use PMF over all of it.

Guerrilla glue, guerrilla glue construction adhesive, great stuff, I think PL premium. For guerrilla glue and great stuff a lot of times people will tape the corner temporarily while it sets. You do have to be careful with great stuff it does spread things unless you have good clamping forces on it, however it also will fill larger gaps if you’re not that great at cutting panels like me.

I used the standard GG and clamped. Read some great reports on the GG construction adhesive, though I haven't used it.
Here you see I taped (and pinned) the edge so it wouldn't slip and used my 'home-made' rope clamps to hold it tight. Doesn't take a whole lot of pressure.
