Do all the HF 4x8 trailers have the same measurements?

I have my floor and 2x2's to start on my Foamie Floor as per George Coe's Bug Out trailer video instructions. Have a 14 year old HF 1200 lb trailer that I am replacing the floor on. I plan to buy a new 1200 lb HF trailer to build the Foamie on. In measuring the 14 year old trailer, I have found that the expected measurements are off a tad:

My first cross member is at 24 inches (as expected):

The Second cross member will need 47 and 1/2 inches:

The Third cross member will need 72 and 3/8 inches:

And this shows the overall length of this trailer to be 96 and 5/16 inches:

So the question is...can I expect a new trailer to match these dimensions exactly? Or should I wait until I buy and build the new trailer to build the floor?

I have a 20 years old HF trailer and just bought one new one this year. There are many subtle and not so subtle differences. I think this may be a generic item, sourced from different factories with slightly different set ups. You should wait until you get the trailer first.

I have used many in the last five years, all were 96", cross bars in 24" interval, except middle. Wait until you get it. Finish floor, walls galley parts while you wait

Exactly the information I was hoping to gather. Will wait.
Appreciate the replies.
