But, since I will need 20+ yards, a 25 yard x 72" roll was $102.10 delivered to my door in about a week. By my math that's just over $4 per yard.
Comes in a nice big roll, wrapped up nice and tight. No seams or wrinkles, just roll out what you need and cut to size.

Nice! That's about what I'll need once I finally get going on my ~7'x14' standy.

I think you're off on your math. I say it's an even better deal. A 25 yard roll 2 yards (72" or 6') wide is 50 square yards, so that's about $2 per.

Pictures of the side wall. The wall sections are about 10' long x 68" tall

Rear bulk head wall. Covered in 1/4 birch ply for strength and will function as hard points to attach the cabinets.

Good picture of the spline joint between the big wall sections.

Some more built :pictures: :pictures:

Once all the major pieces were cut, I put all the pieces together and started to cut out the driver side door

This picture shows the glue up jig that forms the top of the door frame.
The door frame top piece is four 3mm Baltic birch pieces laminated together.

You are working thru several design challenges relating to my design. Anything further to share on your progress? (No fingers crossed emoji available)
