Here are the latest pics. Almost done. Still have to lay the cushion flooring and to find some hardware to secure the foamie to the trailer. I have D-rings on the trailer and on the foamie in all 4 corners. I also installed small brackets on the right side to hook the foam countertop to the outside. No galley but at least I will have a prep surface if needed. I will camp in it a few times before I add shelves and accessories since I am not sure where to install and what I really need.

Just a note and maybe someone can add to this. When the door and windows are closed, it feels kinda weird inside. Almost like it is negative pressure. Sound travels weird as well. I noticed that some of you have small vents on the side. Would a few vents help with this?

It is very air tight. Just thinking about breathing the same air all night. Good way to sleep forever ....

An old adage about building things. "When you are 90% done, you have 50% left to do."

Yes something similar to this may work. I would feel less concerned if there are some vents to allow some air to get in and out if I have to keep the windows shut.

I looked at your build ( I assume it is). Those are some very impressive building skills.

Not all my skills. I bought a CNC kit to reduce the amount of time I spent building. I have a few builds under of various types my belt. I appreciate anything that saves my time.

Quick question. I did "soak" the 4x8 OSB in the mix. Should I still paint the side that will be facing the road?

I drove the camper to a scale today. Goal was to be under 600 lbs. It is 485 lbs. Woot woot. It is a bit light on the tongue so will now work on a tongue box so I can carry a few accessories on the front instead of the rear. But it is positive as I had no idea how much it would weigh.
