That’s very close to what I gave up drawing; (One more line)
Just starting on it; Pieces showed up today,
cutting instead of bending.

TL, kerfing or bending works !!!
I'm thinking it's time for me to build a new Trailer . The Foam Stream has been a survivor , but is a little large for my current needs ...

Nice Sc-etch!
Did that on My Handy cramper!
Did learn put both seams together cent's ; I know she won't clean up the mess for me again.
I am making a bow today to cut my Radi.
When I cut one I will start a build.

How would you lay out the curves on the sides? You'd almost have to make the nose and hot wire the curve.

That's one of the one more line's. (on my avatar)
Almost walked across the street to my local Engineer for that line
I did learn its not a line , and not a radi.
Na ill make the nose!

There's a "rolling bevel" along top of the nose wall too. It's 90 degrees at the roof and maybe 70 degrees at the nose. A long enough hot wire with huge templates could do it but that's a really long hot wire! Just guess but 6A at 36V?

Yep my thought has been two templates per side; one side at a time I am at 75" wide
& Once its turned you need to add to the part you cut off.

I suppose you also use a cut band saw blade and make a huge two man bow saw.

I happen to have just watched a you tube that I think would work here. It's laying out the cuts to join pipe, using pencils and strips of paper. Made sense when I thought about the solid geometry.

A good paper or cardboard pattern taped to the side is good for marking the curves... It could be any size really ...

That’s one I didn’t think of but may use 1/8”x2” ; over templates (sliders)

Thanks for the idea.
