Ok I am building mine in the garage.

Now it is on saw horses soon I will need to lower it.

of those who finished

did you have to flatten the tires to get it out
Or worse Remove something ...a fence, the door, a wall , get a crane??

 tell us you wows dear drear friend.

Better known as don't do what I did pages.

Once I had to carry some tires up stairs so I started to remove the air ....
so it would not weight so much. :? your turn.

I gave it some thought as I was building mine.... If I had put in the roof vent, I would have had to take the tires off to get it out of the garage... much better than having to take off the door frame.

If you see my 5' teardrop rollout in the hall of fame, you'll get an idea... I think I had 1.5" clearance sans the vent mounted.

When I put the body on the frame I removed the tires and rolled the frame under the body on it's hubs.

I built a TEARDROP, so I had no problem. And when I come home from camping or a gathering, I just back it in, un hook and close the garage door. Again no problem

Have a good day.

I must have measured that garage door height half a dozen times while I was still in the "teardrop dreamer" stage. Kept doing it til I could remember it... hmmm... 7'1". So I built a teardrop instead of a TTT.
