What happened to Scenic II?

I noticed among the fine rigs in the Hall of Fame a fantastic standy called the Scenic II. However, when I clicked the image for more information a 404 error popped up. Anyone know anything about this trailer? One might presume that the existence of a Scenic II would indicate that there once was also a Scenic I. I'm curious about the size of these builds, the layout, who made them, etc...
