I just purchased a td from a first time builder, he did a great job but I have a couple areas of concern. What would be best to use on the plywood flooring (interior) as a sealant in case there was to be any water intrusion? My concern in is in the event water got in i would not want it to seep into the wood, I want to use something that is safe obviously.

Thanks
Mike

I used Killz primer on all interior surfaces.

I would think that the primer would hide any damage from water intrusion, not prevent it.
Are you concerned with interior spills or exterior leaks?
Any water that shows up on the inside would have already soaked through the plywood.
I'd focus on sealing every exterior seam and joint.

Il faut utiliser un vitrificateur, Avec ce produit, l'eau reste en surface et ne rentre pas.
