Planning a simple 1x2 framed squaredrop with 1/2" ply on the outside. The floor will be an insulated deck and I plan to take the wall down to the bottom edge of the trailer frame. PMF for exterior sealant. I'm wondering how you guys manage to seal the bottom of the wall from road water and grime.

Wrap the canvas around that edge and over where the trailer mounts to the frame and a few inches beyond. Then several coats of paint. You'll have to lift the body off the frame to do that but that will do a good job sealing the edge of the plywood. It's good to pay attention to that edge because it will more often be wet from rain and condensation running down the side of the camper.

I would use that Flex Seal crap. Some guy on TV sprayed it on a yacht and sailed across the Atlantic. Something like that
