Bottom Trim Recommendation

For my aluminum siding, I can't decide which type of trim to install at the bottom edge. The last detail on the right is my preference, it allows the siding to "float". But if I completely cover the bottom edge, do I really need to be concerned about moisture getting trapped? What if I drilled a few weep holes?
What do you think?

Edit: I plan to use something like 3M Extreme sealant tape under the trim (not shown).

Hmm...

I wouldn't be excited about the screws going into the bottom edge of the plywood. It may cause some delaminaton and eventual water intrusion.

I have done it using the same trim in your diagram on the far right, but with the trim flipped around so the screws go in from the side.

I've always used 3/4" aluminum "C" channel.
I goop it up with OSI Quad sealant and place a screw every foot or so along the bottom edge.
With the typical 3/4” plywood being under sized and .032 aluminum skins on top it fits nice and tight.

My thought is a small ( T ) Turned 90 so it has a true drip edge.
Tonys suggestion works well if you can turn your head
