Flat packed down to the church in Indiana and assembled by some of the members in about 24 minutes or so...

Put the ends on and dropped the spars in...


This is how it looks with all the spars dropped in and screwed into place... (shop pic)


The insulation is embedded in between the spars and the skins...

And thanks! As for the cost, without paint under $200. Currently the design has too many curves to be very easy to build. And too many notches.

So I am thinking about a design with 5° straight angled walls, and just a slight curve on the top. If local shelters can build them quickly, they might consider it. Maybe I should go back to considering a lean-to type roof?

P.S. re the screen mesh to cover the holes, you're right. I have some here. Maybe I'll make some screens, and mail them down there.

I used a industrial double sided tape to put mine on. Worked great and they help keep any wind blown water out. I think your design is great because it leaves room for wide shoulders sitting up.
