Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

For my next camper, and first td, I like the shape of the Grumman 2 in the 10’ length. I’ll probably use many of Tony’s ideas from his book but use the shape of the Grumman 2. The link on here doesn’t work but I found the layout on the wayback…
I’ll not inset the wheels like the plan shows. Has anybody followed the layout more or less that has any feedback on the Grumman 2?
