It sounds like we may have more than just teardroppers with us at the gathering. I have been getting interest from nonteardroppers to attend via e-mail. Future tear owners who would like to learn about them and the people who own them. Pretty Cool!!

Woody,,its amazing how much interest a teardrop gathering can generate,,ya definately will meet a bunch of folks if the word gets out,,the closer it gets to Feb the more interest you will notice,,
when we were at Pisgah a lot of folks either drove in to see the trailers or came from other areas of the campground,,
if you are looking for solitude then dont let anybody know a teardrop gathering is close by,,lol

looking forward to Florida

Trust me if you want to vanish and go through life unnoticed, do not do it in a teardrop. There is no way you will not attract a crowd of some form. The genuine curiosity of the old and young people about them is amazing. All the people I have run across, the vast majority of them seen the RV Crazy show and know what they are. It is a lot of fun at times

With both of mine that makes eight tears so far. And Jim; I thought those two big holes in the sides were ventilation ducts.

Sorry you missed it but we had a great time. To the gang that is going from the Carolinas Crew. Feb is Valentines so you know what to do. Went against DR's orders and it was very theraputic. Feeling good but won't be a 100 percent for a bit yet.

Alan,

Will do, got one for everyone that attended, plus one for Mike. Will bring them down in Feb for the ones that will be there.

You let that nice wife of yours take care of you, you don't want the "Carolina Group" to come down and help her out. Just think about the food bill! Take care of yourself so we'll see you in Feb.

Let's go camping!

OK bouy's and gulls,,,,(notice the ocean influence),, I have already started to make preparations for the Florida run,,,I have two pints of prime pickle juice just waiting to be chilled and packed,,no pickles in these either,,
looking like the carolina crew needs to meet up down on 95 somewhere and roll into Florida in a long line, short trailer convoy,,ya'll think about where would be a good meeting spot down the road,,,,we could stop by Jim-in-Sav and rattle his cage a bit on the way and pick him up,to go with us. Seriously if anyone wants to make it a 2 day pull down let me know and I may can make it.

ready to go//// chip

What is pickle juice? It is as simple as it sounds or is it something else  I talked to my cousins that live in Jacksonville and they said that Talbot was there favorite place  to go and hang at the beach. Sounds like a perfect place to go camping and have a good time Teardroppin'. I saw the pictures of the "December at the Beach", looks like a good time for all involved. Hope Alan is feeling better and get well soon.
