Camping in the Southeast, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Missippi & Alabama, also Southern Appalachian, Georgia, Florida, and Magnolia (Mississippi) Chapters of Tearjerkers
Glad you are going to be joining us Arne. Finding a campground that time of year in Florida, I don't think you are going to have a problem. It appears, so far, there are 7 teardrops attending that I know of.
You know Chip, if Frank paints the exterior of the Merc to match the Weekender, he's going to have to let Linda be the Interior Designer for the interior New Upholstery......New Head Liner..... Just think of the possibilities

Southern Appalachian Tearjerker Chapter Director
Chip,
Lucky for me it's not the color of the Merc that Linda doesn't like. It's the fact that she's the "other woman". So the color stays the same. Don't understand the problem, the Merc had heat last night, and I just fixed the heat in the house a few min ago.
You're right about that, she would want in on it, and being as I don't have another year to tie it up and I really don't want to sell the house to finance the "changes she would want" I think it will stay the way it is, the weekender will just have to look like the sun setting behind the Merc.

If you can read this bumper sticker, my camper fell off.
Good to see that you are going to make it Jim. It's starting to look like a large gathering this year. I will be there on Thursday, anybody else going to be there early? I am trying to get some media attention for this gathering. I had it last year but they got the dates wrong. We will see them this year, hopefully, and be on TV and the paper also. It looks like I will not be bringing the new one, only if work slows down from the hurricane, I might be able to get it ready. So far it's been 80 hour plus a week prior to the storm and hasn't let up one bit. BOY do I need a VACATION and hopefully this might be it by then. I HOPE!!!!!
Woody, I know hurricanes can be devastating to the people they hit, but it seems they would be huge employment opportunites for anyone providing a lot of services. Houses need rebuilding, fixing; consumer products have to be replaced (furniture, TVs, Microwave ovens, even kitchen utensils)..... seems like a lot of people will be making a lot of money after any disaster of this magnitude.

Yes there is plenty of work to go around. I am just darn tired from the hours that's all. Trust me I went through this one, plus all the others, and I need a vacation and Little Talbot might be the ticket for some much needed rest and relaxation to get away from all the devastation down here and clean up from the hurricane. I wasn't trying to make light of the situation at all, so I hope I didn't come across that way. I am just very tired from the whole ordeal. Are you going to Little Talbot? Like to see you there
