The river runs beside the campground and all you have to do is float downstream. I'm taking my sit on kayak. They also have tubing available locally. The water was cool last October. Some of the kids were out wading in it though. IS IT TIME TO GO YET ? Will gas prices come down ? What will Chip be camping in ? Do I have to go home from there ?

Think Chipper is going to use the purple/white tear, we will be in the weekender. Am trying real hard to get it ready.

Well I wasnt gonna go talking a whole bunch about it but I did sell the Pickle Palace,, not sure if it will carry a new designation or not,, but anyway a fine couple in the almost carolina's area has adopted her,, and sooo I have started a new one,, frame is under way and is about ready to hang an axle under it,, so temporarly I am tearless,, Frank and Linda or maybe I should say Frank took pity on me and to keep my old bones off the ground offered the purple trailer for my use at Pisgah,, Maybe he was just making sure I had a place to sleep and not go visiting in the middle of the night hunting a warm, dry bed,, but anyway thank ya Frank and Linda,, woo hoo gonna be high and dry at Davidson River,,

Cant wait to see everybody and meet some new folks,,

Hey all
looks like its going to be a great showing in Davison River.I would love to be there but already have plans for that weekend.
Good news is that I am no longer dreaming and have started my Tear,the floor is on it and hope to cut out the profile this weekend.

well mother nature or old age threw me a curve last saturday,, I was stooping down and when I stood up I conviently ripped my manisicas cartledge in my knee,, I am not sure about the spelling but that aint important,, soooooo I got to have orthoscopic surgery next tuesday,, I havent been able to da a dang thing towards the new trailer,,, I will know more by next wednesday morning,, iffin I can walk I will be there,, with doctors permission of course,, I might need some help with drink mixing etc,, those pickle jars are tough to open sometimes,,Frank just in case I can ,, get the purple ready,,I might be heading east this or next weekend,, that is if the offer still is good,, if not I understand,,
If leg is not gonna let me go and be able to move around then Ill let my site go,, and just come up for saturday,, might spend the night in a damn hotel if I have to,, gonna try every way I can to be thar though,,so dont get ya hopes up of me not being a pain as usual,,,

hoping and doing finger cross thing so I can be thar,,I sure would be upset iffin I couldnt make it,,
