North/South Pics...

Postby Spotman » Fri Aug 11, 2006 4:47 pm

 I noticed some things I could add to my rig in a lot of those GREAT pics, where can I find one of those "two burner stoves w/ the toaster oven in the middle", what a great addition? Also, noticed some homemade flag poles, made of white pvc, on and angle, that looked like it would turn with the wind! My Log Cabin is just about ready to go, few additions, and I will be joining you all soon, looks like the bunch of GREAT people we would like to be with.

Thanks for the photos

Rob,

That was Dennis & Darla from PA, and Ed & Alma from Ala. that had the flags. You might PM them for the measurements.

I believe you might be referring to a Harbor Freight stove. It takes metric threads, comes from China in my opinon is not worth the metal it is made of.

Go get a stove from an RV or Marine or even Outdoor world...

(Thanks for letting me rant...)

Yes, that stove is from Harbor Frieght , around $60. KInda chuncky, the grill in the middle is only big enough for one chicken breast. HF has another similar stove, cheaper and a little shorter - no grill or 'oven' .

I"ve heard more bad than good I think , about those $60 ones.

Thanks Kirt/Julie:
I may just stick with my 40 year old Coleman two burner, yet to fail me.
