Anastasia State Park By St. Augustine, Florida. November 6- 8, 2009. This is a Multiple chapter gathering event. So far the following chapters represented are Florida, Georgia and Southern Appalacian Tear Jerker Chapters and maybe others. We will be in the Sea Urchin loop in sites 74-75-76. So if you would like to attend. Please make your reservations ASAP. This park does fill up fast for that time of year so I wouldn't delay to long to get a site. Use Reserve America for site resevations. See ya There

I just called Reserve America and almost all the sites are taken already in Sea Urchin. Where I usually stay over near the bathrooms is filled. If anyone is making reservations for this gathering they had better do it fast ,as Woody says.

I will be in site #81 and I will be bringing the chocolate chip cookies again. I would rather have the Pirates in the trees than those racoons that steal the cookie jar.

Site 95 is not one we would use again. It just didn't seem very level and is a bit small (for us, anyhow).

I am glad to see the group for this gathering growing already. I still must say I wouldnt wait too long to get reservations for a site. As time goes on it will get more difficult to get a site. And did someone mention COOKIES. Great minds think alike YUMMMY.

This will be a three chapter gathering (maybe more) . The Florida, Southern Appalacian and Georgia Chapters of the Tear Jerkers so far. All are welcome to attend. Come one come all. It will be one to remember like always

Thats great looking foward to seeing you there. And yes (Steve) someone did mention cookies. This time that raccoon and ninja squirel hopefully will be busy messing around some where else this gathering. Although it was funny to see that raccoon after he got into that cooler with that leftover piece of blue and white frosted cake. Man you couldnt miss him walking around the campsite with all that frosting on his face. It did narrow it down to who did it though LOL. Of course the infamous cookie container incident the day before with the same raccoon. ROTFLMAO. I have to remind Bob D about that ninja squirel that stalked him and his can of cashews awhile back. Probally one of the funnier experiences one could have witnessed. I asked him what was up with the squirel in the tree next to his trailer at eye level. He tells me that he is waiting for him (Bob) to screw up. I asked him what he meant. Bob stated that he had left a can of cashews out and the squirel dove into it and helped himself earlier. You had to see this squirel stalking him from about 3 feet from us just watching and waiting staring hungarily at Bob's can of nuts. Priceless

Guess I will have to make a double batch of cookies this time. I promise not to bring any cake with frosting. That squirrel sure did like Bob that weekend. He almost got the cake, in the back of the trailer before he got the nuts. Bob must love to feed the animals. Glad I'm not camping next to him, maybe he will keep them all over at his site and not bother me. :worship:

Well atleast this time if the container disappears it will be found faster than last time. That raccoon was a crafty little devil dragging it off in the woods like he did
