Hello,

I had an R-vision travel trailer product, and it had many quality/design issues. Factory, and President were of no help at all,and they don't even have a customer service department. They don't even put any contact numbers,or e-mail on their web page ,because they don't want to hear from you. I got their phone number from my dealer, and talked to the president{their version of customer service}. My dealer even had a hard time with the factory. The fact that R-vision only made the Cassette 1 year, and discontinued them says a lot. For what you are going to pay for one, there are plenty of quality teardrop manufactures out there.I sold my R-vision camper after 10 months, and bought a Camp Inn. My best advice, steer clear of R-vision. It's your money, spend it wisely. Here is a link to their web page {which has not been updated in 2 years ,and the Cassette is not even on it}. Does that tell you anything about the company
