Desert Teardrop Campers

Postby PaulC » Tue Jan 02, 2007 8:34 pm

Has anyone got any info on this Company. One of our Aussie forum Members has ordered plans from them and they have failed to deliver. He has also been informed that their e-mail address is no longer valid.
Seems like a pretty shoddy way for a Company to treat an overseas client.
Cheers
Paul

Paul I thought you've been here long enough to have read all the negative feed back on this one socalled company. The are a few threads on this very topic. I just don't know how to search for them.

Paul,

He will probably send them. He has been known to be very VERY slow and rarely answers calls or emails. His plans worked fine for me when I finally received them.

I remember it took quite a while to get mine, then I let them sit around so long I lost most of it so they didn't do me much good anyway.

Desert Teardrop plans are absolutely junk in my opinion. I felt completely ripped off. Anyone here who has built one TD is qualified to create plans at this level. Don't expect much. I'd cancel if you still have the chance.

I don't recall getting the template - maybe I did. It's a little homebound book with black and white pages and spiral binding.

Oz Board

Postby Guy » Thu Jan 04, 2007 12:39 am

Dear John,

Our Aussie teardroppers have a Yahoo Group "teardropcampers", which many of us are members of and many of them are members here. We read their messages so that we will be able to understand what Paul is saying here. :D
