A few days ago I stumbled across a Youtube video that truly intrigued me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74Lm7dAx15M. I can see a teardrop trailer facilitating our tent camping. Those of us in the family that would like a more at home bed could have it and the rest of us could still sleep in tents. A ready made cooking area with only a lift of a hatch would also be great. The teardrop would be a base stations to our outdoor adventures.
I can't wait to start building my own Teardrop. I've been pouring over all the resources from the group and am learning a lot. I do have a few initial questions that some of you may help me with:
- 1. Where do you store your spare tire for the trailer?
2. Any ideas for beefing up the wimpy wheels on a harbor freight trailer?
When I get past the planning stages I'll be sure to share my do it yourself build.
Thanks
