It is all about rainfall here. Good rains and it is good times.
Either way they still do not smile over much. Never ask a farmer how things are unless you have got an hour or so to kill. And when you do finish listening you will feel like slashing your wrists. They have that effect.

90 degrees again in the old wood shop. No problem, since the huge 24 inch pedestal fan keeps the air moving, if not cooling. whew. Varnish and paint dries in just a matter of minutes, which I guess is a plus, but I prefer 70 degree temps.

Yea, I did some recon work. This one is 8qt, but still a good deal. I'm hoping they will deliver to my local store, otherwise I'm sure a $5.00 across the bridge and gas will still be cheaper than shipping 20# worth of cast iron.

All normal for late autumn.
Got up to let the dawgs in. One can pick up on a thunderstorm at least a 100 mile away I reckon, got ears like radar dishes. Beats the official forecasters hands down.
