Spare placement

Any negative to bolting my spare under the galley floor? Was thinking my cooler pull out would cover the bolts I would use to hold the spare underneath.

Thoughts?

Ground clearance.
We don't carry a spare, I carry and adapter so that I can use the Tow Vehicle spare.

wish I would have known of a spare wheel adapter. I carry two spares in the back of my VW bug, both donuts but a wheel adapter would take up less space

Out of the road, but a bit of a pain to get to.

Go to the Pick a Part and get a spare tire carrier off of a small pickup, the kind with a chain that hooks into the center hole of the spare and cranks up. Be sure to get the crank, also

My teardrop is a low rider so my spare goes in the bed of the truck.

When I first built mine I tossed the spare in the TV. I had plenty of space with just me but it was still a pain as it was often in the way. Then I figured out a simple easy way to mount it under the front of the tear. A bit hard to put up there but the first time I did it I was just a couple of months after shoulder surgery. My trainer #2 I put adaptors on it to use the same wheels as the TV. So I will have one spare for both. Or if things get really bad will have 3 spares for the TV.
Now just so I don't get a different TV before I finish the trailer.

If you have space at the front Harbor Freight sells a mount that is fairly cheap and works great. I used one on ours .
