Been reading for the forums for about a month now getting ideas and guidance for our project trailer. My wife and I purchased a pace american 6x10 outback recently for her to use to sell her baked goods at the local farmers market here in Waynesville, MO. We have done some minor work to it like painting and building a divider in the back for a counter. I have bigger plans for it than she does, but basically the plan is to get it wired to use our portable generator and have a deep cycle battery on board for lights, etc...
We are also looking at getting a portable AC unit for it, which of course would run off the generator directly...
Plan to install a wooden platform on the tongue of the trailer to hold the generator and get a plastic/aluminum box enclosure for it...
Will post photos this weekend, we currently have some cheap insulation rolls from lowes, but I would like to decide on the wiring plan before going any further on building up the roof/ceiling...
