What do you use to keep the door open? Our camper has a rubber type attachment on the camper and the door so it will not stay open by itself. Is there something we could do so it doesn't close unless we want it to? thanks!

Thanks so much! It boggles my mind that a month or so ago my husband and I really hadn't even heard of a teardrop camper and now it's to topic of conversation.

these work great . i do keep an extra in the tool box as they can break if you try to pull the door closed when latched ( learned from experience ...lol )
I'm considering using a door retainer and they're pretty inexpensive. A buddy said you need be gentle pushing the door into the lock in particular with the plastic ones as the neck can break.
