Forecast looks like teens in the daytime and around zero at night.
High top shoes or boots if you have them, along with tall socks.
May or may not be slush. Salt used for deicing can ruin a good pair of shoes. Clean them after contact or wear rubber over boots.
Depending on how long you'll be outside, a tee shirt, then a long sleeved tee shirt, and then your long sleeved work shirt will go a long way toward keeping you warm.
A decent coat, gloves, and a hat if you don't have a hood.
A little cold isn't hard to deal with, but the wind can chill you very quickly if you are outside for very long.
If you only have to walk 50' between buildings, don't worry much...
