I read the article and it always amazes me how folks like that get the supposed "seed millions", the "nasa engineer" and yet the thing is little more than a big porta-potty that gets instantly cold and requires a generator and who knows what else. You lose your RFID and you are locked out. Those look like real comfy beds. I bet the foamie folks on this board could build that thing, have it weigh about 100 lbs, a fully equipped galley and cost less than $2,000. And also make it "stackable" if that is a requirement. I have an $89 Wally World tent that is bigger (8 x 14), more comfy, weighs a fraction, and by myself I can set it up completely in 15 minutes. With the wife, 10 minutes. Oh, and it fits on a shelf in my garage. My "solar generator" cost less than $200, is fully self contained and is easily transported. My HF generator cost $90 and can run everything I have, that includes the automatic ice maker (no kidding).
