The build process was long, we started with an old U built trailer from 1988.
We started April 2014 and we're still working on it almost a year later.

I'll start posting the photos of the whole process soon

The first step was hunting down all the materials I had drawn up a sketch early in the process after looking at a few teardrop trailers on pintrist

The old frame was in rough shape. I cleaned it up and painted it..

Here is a picture of the walls being built. In traditional building fashion we built them from the inside out. 1"1/2 styrofoam on the inside with 1x2 studs and tuck tape and staples and glue to hold it together.

Here is the start of the arc. We had to redesign it twice to get the correct radius to look just right.

We ripped some 12' 2x6's into 1/4 inch strips that we bent, epoxied, and stapled into place.

Both side panels were pre wired for 12v switching and switch legs to be later run through the floor and roof.

After we had the panels built and wired we went on to building the floor which had its own set of challenges. I opted to have the floor insulated and raised up, and under coated. I'll show how it washers jalna.bjshks jdnxushahsmd

The next step was adding a type of flashing moulding to where the frame met the plywood floor. It was a fairly easy process except for having the walls attached, lowering the ,j duibsilybdiylbdn jdknjxjonsojnsnjo jdjxjxhsahs

After the plywood base had been bolted down using stove bolts, the walls were put together. A fairly easy process when they're pre built.. And ready to go. all the wires pre wired hanging out ready for the boxes to be cut out. Kdmdindhvaaydkdiemc jihadists jdkdkxndjz

Here is the floor framed up 1x2 with foam insulation. Low voltage wires notched into the floor and tuck taped down. Everything had to be pre planned with the running lights, exterior lights, inside light, kitchen light and switches

The running lights were run to a central location close to the front to later be run into a box then connected to a female 6 dkdosoxoxkxoxoxox dkdkdkd

The wiring worked out great here. It all came together with the construction of the kitchen wall. Lino and everything worked out great.

Low voltage wiring and 120v wiring separated in wall and ran to the designated locations..

Kitchen mock up rough plywood and counter top installed.

If you want to go down this route all I can say is good luck. So much time was spent using epoxy and clamping to make this arc.. I have seen a lot of people try and do angles and lap joints, but it doesn't come out as smooth..

My initial idea was to get a PVC deck board heat it up and bend it around a jig.. This would have made water proofing a lot easier. Adding this trim also made the trailer larger than 5'. So if you know about the aluminum trim this makes it a lot harder to get a proper seal. I
