Serro Scotty Sportsman Jr.style
I had about 20 minuets laying out the three curves . There R24'' from a Modular fiberglass component kit. So any 1/8 ply wood will bend around the roof line.
Used a full R24'' for the front top .
On the back end 'just trimmed two small pieces from one piece of R24''. Just need to add the strait pieces .

Will start the wedge shape trailer this following weekend .
Will be using R48'' and some small pieces of R24'' for the front
IN the back will use the three way 90.
When I get the fiberglass "wiley windows I will know how big to make the doors.

Doing the Scotty Sportsman Jr.style. I don't' want tight bends . So will be using six R24'' curves .When I do a benroy it will have R24''in the front. I have been ask to build 2 more Jr.style shells.
so I built a jeg . I can just drop and go

I need too find out how tall the rear hatch is on a Serro Scotty Sportsman Jr . When I lay it out it seams to small it can only be 27'' high. If I make a sharper turn I can get a 32'' high hatch opening

After many starts here I go
. As the first trailer that I'm starting is a Serro Scotty Sportsman Jr style. The parts that I will be using are 2 ea R24'' , 1 ea R48'' that will be cut in haft & 30 feet of top flange.

#1 find where the flat to curves mark is .There a dot you have to find it's a lineament mark 136520

On the first two trailers the front tops have a 24'' radius top corners. Using a square to find where the radius begins.
