Hi Marrianne
90 runs east & west........so you have to get off at some time?? ;) if you plan to come north.
Normally if coming from the west we would get of at Cle Elum and come over the Blewett Pass to Wenatchee.
If you are planning to go home that way?? For a different "view" you can get off 97 near Bridgeport and go over 17 to Dry Falls then down thru the Sun Lakes to Soap Lake, Ephrata and back out to 90 before heading west.
Lots of great country to see and a "Great" drive!
Glad to here you have your enhanced drivers licence and you can make it to the Farm.....We are going to have So Much Fun!

Well it has been quiet on this Thread for a while.
What have our PNW TnTTT members been up to??
Sandi and I have had a very busy summer with Miss Piggy, Gatherings, Rod Runs, and the Farm.
We just returned from a week of camping in Washington State, signed up some new Tear Jerker members, saw new Teardrops, met some great folks, and put more miles on MP.
Our next major TD goal is to camp with everyone in September on the PNW TJ Fall Crawl across Hwy. 20
Then we will look at returning to Oregon for T.O.W.'s Fall Brigade at the end of the month.
Look forward to hearing from other TD campers throughout the PNW :wine:

Just a reminder:
The TJ PNW Chapter continues to grow! We now have 84 members with 46 Teardrop Trailers on our "Official Roster". :applause:
And we are attempting to keep everyone informed of upcoming events and campouts.

Hey Brian et al. I took a little jaunt combining pleasure and some visits with cousins. Camped a night at Crow Butte Park on the Columbia. If any of you go there just head for the Marina. They let you camp there any time and it's nicer than the campground. Also spent a couple of nights at a nice little RV Park in Wallowa, Oregon.

Last weekend I spent three nights at Newhalem in the North Cascades. I think I counted 7 teardrops either in the campground or along the way. A chance meeting with Ernie from Woodinville at a rest area on I-5.

Now I'm going to leave the wet side and spend some time at Confluence State Park - probably through the weekend.

Probably will see you at Fall Brigade.

Hi Jim
The Wenatchee River County Park that is in Monitor Wa. (5 miles West of Wenatchee is Cheaper $25.00/night taxes in) Site # 44 to 47 are great.
Sandi and I were camping on 20 on the other side of the hill.
Did you see a Cj5 pulling "cool" homebuilt teardrop heading east? we were following him by a day, but couldn't get any info.
there was also a Camp-inn with a couple of cyclists heading east to there home in Boise Id.

BTW Brian I did see that Cj5 and custom TD. We were meeting on the highway so only got a brief look. There were 2 Little Guys in the campground - both from out of state. I had quite a few curious visitors. Between the TD and the Beagles I met quite a few people.

So when & where did you see him, and which direction was he going?
When do you think you could come up for a visit?
Do you have a vaccination record for the kids and your passport??

My memory of details is lacking. I was on the road some each day. I do remember he was Westbound.
I would enjoy a visit and do have all the paperwork. Maybe we can talk after this weekend.

Fires seem to be the main topic these days, with smoke hanging over us, and coming in from all directions.
But it is time for a distraction.
We have just said goodbye to the last major group for the summer (three large events here at the Farm tis summer) and will take a few days off to get the yard back to normal...........then..........I am sure we will want to take Miss Piggy out to stretch her legs before the Fall Crawl Sept . 11th.
Anyone camping in our neck of the woods??
Love to hear from you guys.
We heard that it was a little cooler on the West Coast at the Ocean of Tears???? :R
53 degrees.

One of my friends met Doug and Betsy at Ocean Tears and she is interested in going to Yakima September 18. Anybody else?

So, pictures of the Lemay Event are starting to surface.
11 trailers.
More pictures and a report would be nice.
And how about registration reports for the upcoming Fall Brigade.
Looks like Sandi and I are going to be able to attend again this year (hope it doesn't rain???)
Last year they had beautiful weather!!!! ;)
