Was seeing what you did to seal them.
And if you sealed around the outer perimiter.
I just stuck the putty tape stuff on the doors and screwed them up in the end,i was debating putting selant inside of the tape but i didnt.
Might use some selant from the frame to exterior skin though

I just used the putty tape stuff that came with them. By the time I screwed it all up the goo was oozing out nicely and it has all stayed sealed nicely.

Yea my goo oozed out 90%of the way around but some of it must be a bit further in from the edge and didnt.
It wont leak but it dosnt look 100% plus its grey so it clashes a bit against the green and the black

that is what it looks like close up, you don't really notice it at a normal glance, unless you have a really close look. Also it will probably darken after time.
Did you get the plstic strip to cover the screws? I don't think that Wayne in Kamo had it for his.

I have thought about doing that too, with some sort of fender welt. Either the round edged one you see on VW guards, or piping on upholstery. One of those jobs that has not been on the priority list as it is not very noticeable.

What is the difference between the wall thickness and the door. On mine the door protrudes in about 3-4mm.

Mines almost flush.
They also have one the is like the same setup but with only one face leg that would suit you.
It tapers away to nothing so it fits well.
Hang on ill get a pic of these samples.
Para rubber should have them
