When I took my "good enough" trailer to Minden last year, the most important things I brought on the first trip was:
1) A tarp big enough to cover the top, in case it rained.
2) A tube of silicone to seal any leaks.
3) Plenty of rope to tie the tarp down if I had to drive in the rain.
You can bring all the stuff you THINK you MIGHT need and you are still going to dream up some crazy scenario, while you are driving, where you might need..........bread ties, candle wax, that old garden hose you've saved for some reason............... It goes on and on.
You'll freak the whole time you are getting to where you are going. It's a great relief to get to camp. If it hasn't broken by the time you get there, chances are, it won't break.
Still a million dollars away from being a millionaire!!
