Were you planning a DIY or buying a bolt-on kit? Seems to me, a DIY in the fold-out tent fashion wouldn't be too bad. The biggest difficulty would be to get the tent part sewn. If you live near any waterways, go down to the marina and ask them who does replacement boat canopies. They should be able to sew up what your looking for if you go that route.
However, you have a couple other things to consider.
1) Most cargo trailers have metal "studs" every 16 or 24 inches. You would need to weld in framework to reinforce the vertical strength you are losing by cutting some out for your pop-out.
2) You would need to be careful when cutting out the side, so that it could be used for the exterior of the door you will be making. This new door could hinge at the bottom and double as the sleeping platform.
With this arrangement, you're probably looking at some 1" square tubing for the door frame and door itself, some cable for support and then the canvas for the tent sides. Think about maybe 1/2" conduit for the tent framing that could fold flat onto the sleep surface while in transport. Then some Z channel and T channel for the door flange and frame, and then some gasket material.
In a cargo trailer, I personally wouldn't want a push-out option for beds, as you lose all that interior volume for cargo when it's pushed in while traveling.
Off the top of my head, if you are doing this DIY and can do the welding, you would probably be able to do this for about $200-$300 each, depending on how much the canopy maker wants for the custom work.
just my .02 cents
