Floor construction alternative

Has anyone used concrete form plywood for the base of their floor?

Here is a little info
Concrete Form Plywood is Douglas Fir panel overlaid on one or two sides with a medium density phenolic resin impregnated fiber sheet.

Made with 7 plies of Douglas Fir veneer
Greater strength and stifness in wet service conditions
Waterproof glue that will not delaminate
Cross-laminated veneers make the panels splitproof from nailing as well as tough and durable

I have used this in the past as a concrete framer and we would get about a year out of the sheets using them on multiple jobs before we had to scrap them. And it wasn't from delamination, it was from the face getting too many marks on it to produce a smooth finished product.

It is a bit more than cdx or regular ply but bolt it down and linex the bottom and I think you would never have to worry about it again.

I was thinking of using 3/8 then 1x's and then 3/8 sanded ply or a birch veneer on top. Or maybe a plywood based floor planking like what is on the walls of the Silver Beatle.

Good, Bad or halfway descent idea?

If i remember right they are super heavy compared to regular plywood right?
And most people run screws through the plywood, but if you dont care about weight and seal the screw holes well it sounds good to me. Whats the price compared to regular plywood?

Here in Europe it is commonly used as a trailer bed.

It's heavy and if you go to the big box stores, the resin coat is sometimes very poor.
The edges of the plate still needs treatment for moisture.
The resin coat is also hard to paint, you'll need to treat and/or sand it first.

It is heavy compared to 4 ply regular plywood but about the same as sub floor T&G.
It's only about $64 a sheet so not too expensive.

I have seen the big box store junk. I would just go down to the concrete supply store and pick one up. (It's also cheaper there)
I figure a quick pass with my 9" DA sander will rough it up enough for the bed liner to stick.

I have it as the trailer floor, I then have a frame on top with another floor so the whole lot can be lifted off and the trailer removed for general haulage. The form ply seems very durable to me. You seem quite familiar with it and have access to cheap supply so I say go for it.
