Lookin good! Where and how are you running your vents out? I'm still scratching my head on this. The easiest would be to go straight up and out on the curb/door side, but i am afraid of the smells on that side of the trailer and being too close to the door. It's a bit of a pain to get it to the center of the trailer and a huge pain to get it to the driver side. You or anyone out there have any thoughts or experiences with stink pipe location?

I used my gray drain line as a vent.

That is a nice design and it definitely keeps the hole off the roof which, if I remember, was one of your design goals. Nice work!

I like that! Very cool idea. So, what other cool stuff have you been holding out on us?

low277, Don & Iconfabul8,
Glad you liked the idea. We hope it will work.

Iconfabul8,
"So, what other cool stuff have you been holding out on us?"
Nothing that I'm holding. I've been busy with life and stuff. However! Been working on solving the 'AC through-the floor' problem. I'm 1/2 way there.
Check this out! Changed the whole plan. If it don't work, I'm screwed. Image

The AC setup is a GO!
Temperature drop was about 26º from the outside in less than 2 hrs. Outside was 106º, ground temperature was 98º and Trailer skin between 112º to 125º (depending how: low, high or which side). :D :D :D

Very creative solution!  How is it working for you? Enough air getting out so as to cool the condensor well enough? The way mine is done, it is essentially the same idea except I exhaust out the side wall instead of the bottom and pull in from up top.
