Have you looked into Raptor Liner ? I may coat this one in Raptor but depending on how your Monstaliner turns out i may go that way.

I had two guide bushings go south during this endeavor:
The first one was the result of not using my centering cone to ensure the base was perfectly centered. The second one was a Bosch brand bushing. They are spot welded together and it came apart.According to the reviews on Amazon, other's have had the same problem.
I finally got a set of Porter Cable bushings and they worked great. Just a matter of waiting for the guy in the big brown truck to hand them to me.
Both bushing failures damaged the template, door core, and skeleton edge. But it was a quick fix with super glue, sawdust, and a sanding block.

Guess they fit in a Bosch base with that template guide adapter?
but if you ever think about writing a book on teardrop building, a chapter on mistakes...
When I grow up, I want to be a wood craftsman like you Tony.
Eh. Even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut. Regardless, nice work Brothermantony.latham wrote:When I grow up, I want to be a wood craftsman like you Tony.

Great progress on #4. I took a few weeks off on all things teardrops after the big push for the Utah trip. Since we have done three weekend trips. Just got back from a 3 day trip to CA.
Now that we have some time in using the teardrop I have things to finish and a few little changes.
