e-trailer

e-trailer use to get good to very good reviews here then, iirc, not too long ago at least one bad report. I think mostly missed delivery dates and poor customer service. Any update? Any good alternatives?

I did a lot of ordering from them in 2015-17 for my build and was very satisfied. I haven’t ordered from there lately. Hope it’s still a good source for parts!

I’ve ordered several miscellaneous travel trailer parts from them over the last year and a half, and have not had any issues.

Ordered quite a bit for the three builds I've done starting in 2015. Haven't had any problems with them that I recall.

When I ordered brake hubs and mounting bracket for my woodie I found R&P Carriages very helpful and reasonably priced. It's where I recently bought my third brake light from as well. Nice people.

I ordered two rims and two fenders from them.

One fender was dented and one rim was the wrong size. I think they had replacements headed my way before I had time to return the two items.

They have great service.

Never had a problem.
Just recieved a brake controller for my truck. Plugged right in.

Most bad reviews you can take with a grain of salt . Theres always that one guy , girl or whatever its called these days.

It was accredited to the pandemic surge, and suggested too many orders and suppliers behind.

Thanks all! I'll probably go to them.
