You'll probably get 2+ nights sleep per charge of your battery.
We had a queen, then a full, and got 2+ nights on two 12volt deep cycle batteries mounted under our teardrop.
They put out a lot of heat.

Thank you so much for pointing this out. I have a fantastic electric blanket at home, and was going to get the same one for camping, but am unsure about the real power draw. I imagine one made for RVs would be better for the application, so I will give this a shot.
The blanket shows 6.2A draw, but that it cycles for comfort? Even at a steady 6.2A, it should be good for about 25 hours on a 200AH system. I'm pretty sure my home electric blanket is about 100W+ on low.
