I laid all the pieces out over the trailer frame.
Here is the pocket hole jig, I love this new tool.

Here's the finished frame.
I added gussets where the two trailer halves joined, for peace of mind

Are you using the screws made for pocket holes or sheetrock style? I like the screws made for the jig since they are flat heads that don't split the wood.
