My paint color choice is darker than I had originally thought (via the color sample)...but hey, hopefully it'll hide charcoled hands, dirt, etc. when in use... You'll like the grey I'm sure, you can always jazz it up w/ some extra dark tint on the windows or the copper looking tint, super nice handles, etc.. We look forward to your pics this weekend.... let us see the progress of it "going on" and "done"...

We finished the trailer part last night (sorry no pictures, by the time I figured out I forgot the camera I was 10 miles out in a snow storm) and I already came up with stuff I would do differently.

Off to drop off my kids...pick up a $25 table saw I just bought...(wish I had that a little sooner, everytime I needed something cut I would have to go over to the neighbors and help him finish a case of beer before I could leave) and then I need to go pick up some supplies to get the trailer prep'd for the Durabak.

First coat is going on at 9:00am tomorrow morning and hopefully all done by 4:00pm or sooner.

What do you mean? Putting the body on the frame?

Body goes on the frame hopefully Saturday. I meant we finished just the part the body attaches. Not really worried about the toes...more worried about the finger part. I waited to put the body on for this long because of the trailer being 17' long and having walk around room. And being able to reach the top of it easier. The bottom of the frame sits at 21"...plus 3" for the frame and then add 48" for the walls...grand total 72".

Okay a commercial is on....I can't believe he is taking on a whole Asian Gang! WOW!

Didn't get as far as I wanted to last night between the running around and taking advantage of the kids being gone...but I will probally be putting on the first coat around noon.

Oh it is back on!!!
