the rims all match ...

angib's right about the windows. wonder how hard they'd be to screen on the inside?

I'm lovin' that cedar and galvanized sheet metal ...

lord, how did they *find* a truck like that? (and is it rust, or is it textured paint?)

It's call a Patina (a fancy word for old stabilized rust) :R

Patina, hey?

I'd've thought you'd get the same effect with rust-colored Herculiner....

Does the hatch open on that tear?

(Looks like a Cub/Modernistic profile.)

Thanks for the additional interior pics. That builder must have had a blast coming up with all the ideas for the trailer and the truck.

I know one thing for sure, I wouldn't want to climb into that thing for a midday nap if it had been out in the South Texas Sun! You would be cooked in no time. And can you imagine being inside during a rain storm?
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

Rust-colored Herculiner?!

We've got lots of beach trucks down here on the coast that must have bought that and applied it in bulk!

Yeah... Ya notice he has a thermometer on the wall in the tear? I can't imagine why... I wouldn't want to know how hot it was in South Texas in that thing!

There's a Rat Rod Tear here at Minden. A really neat truck trailer combo. It isn't as hard core as the other one because although it looked "Ratty" on the outside, it liiked brand new inside.
