Johnny, seems like maybe there is some life out there besides just you and me!!

Capn, boot your computer up in 'safe mode' and run your anitvirus, get rid of anything that it finds. Then reboot and run again in normal mode. See if that works. I tried a search for that one and could not find much either.

Ok how do I go about it exactly? Is it the F12 Key or other?

Capn Oldie

OK, hope this explanation works: Turn your computer on and when it finishes the internal checks (I.E. checking memory, HD, etc) and before windows starts coming up, press the F8 key and you should get a choice on how to boot Windows. Just select the "Safe Mode" option.

OH, make sure that you have the latest updates to AVG before shutting down and rebooting to safe mode.

Besides, he's much too busy working on that almond.

I think swissarmygirl is maybe on the wrong part of the forum :o Not that we want you to leave

Max should not have to learn how to use the fourm.. for most animimals it is kind of ingrained.. we have that ability born into us. He will probably be good and wait until you are not in the room.. :D

He is a Maxmillion Pionous...he will be 1 year old in May.
He belonged to our neighbors. Max didn't much like the new puppy they got (don't know how they got away with that one! Nobody else here is allowed to have a dog). Well, since Max didn't much care for his new companion, he has joined our family.
He whistles every once in a while, and whines like a puppy when we leave the room (wonder where he learned that???). I read that the pionous is not known to be a very talkative bird, but I think he will learn to talk some. He seems to be pretty vocal.
He also recognizes his name and thankfully understands the word "NO"

When did you get promoted to captain?
