Sounds to me like the
Campster 12 would suit you fine. It's actually only got 2 children's bunks but you've got a lot of years to go before you can't fit 2 of yours top'n'toe in one bunk and you could use the floor to get three full-size bunks.
The design would work slightly better as a Simple-style rectangle with one corner knocked off, as it would give more headroom over the front bunks. If the lowest bunk was dropped to the floor, you might even get three bunks in the front - after all, they are young, flexible and athletic, so they should be able to 'post' themselves into the narrow slots!
So here you are - the Squampster (square Campster):
That's 19" of headroom for each child, including the thickness of the mattress, so about 16" clear - I reckon that's enough, if not exactly generous....
