Source for old time hot rod fenders

I'm in the planning phase and will start construciton of my Cubby teardrop this summer.
I really really like the look of the 1940's era fenders. I also will be looking for white wall tires and those cool little center chrome hubcabs.
Where can I find a set of fenders, wheels and hubcaps?
Any leads are deeply appreciated.

I got my fenders on ebay. They were cheap but required some fiberglass work due to some fitting for something that they were not used for.

Wheels came from http://www.car-part.com once I knew the rear drive models that matched my bolt pattern. Goto the highlighted page at the bottom of the page for the cheapest quoted prices.

Hub caps came from autozone. They had to look them up in a book behind the counter. The clerk claimed they didn't sell them but I pressed knowing that some one else on the site had bought there. I seem to remember $15 each. I could be wrong on the price.

Links to wheels, fenders etc are all found in "sdtrippers2's index" at the top of the page. lf you have ordered the Cubby manual it is a good read, but since its conception there have been many, many new innovations in teardrop building. As an eager new builder there is a wealth of technical information stored on this site but requires a bit of research to get to all of it, and believe me it is worth searching out.

I;m just now in the teardrop construction phase,how ever I have built a few cars and can put you on to a good source for oldie parts. For wheel covers 40's & 50's style try hubcapmike.com and for fenders, tail light's and other oldie parts try speedwaymotors.com > hope this helps

I just bought mine from R.W. Johnson. You can Google R.W. Johnson teardrop trailers and parts. His site will come up.
He is a good guy and great to do business with.
